Cohort sessions, deliverables, and an AI Tutor that always cites and never grades.

A GitHub portfolio repo; AI feedback flows through the governed ORE gateway.

Assess
Faculty grade the M-07 final — append-only, versioned, never silently overwritten.

Certify
On a passing result, a coordinator issues a signed NSQF credential under HITL.

Verify
Anyone can verify a credential by serial — no personal data is ever shown.
